RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Dangl, we want you to love your hammock. If you change your mind, our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee has you covered.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE (CHANGE OF MIND)
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it for a refund of the product price.
To be eligible for a change of mind refund, your order must be:
- Unused, with no signs of being hung or slept in
- Returned in its original packaging
- Returned with all included parts: hammock, two Tree Hugger straps, two carabiners and carry bag
- Clean and in the same condition you received it

Return shipping for change of mind returns is paid by you. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Items that have been used, or are not returned in their original packaging, are not eligible for a change of mind refund.

WRONG COLOUR? WE'LL SWAP IT
If you picked the wrong colour, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Send the hammock back unused and in its original packaging, with return shipping paid by you, and we'll send the other colour out to you.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your Dangl arrives damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or fails under normal use, we'll fix it with a replacement or a full refund, including your original shipping and return shipping costs. This applies whether or not the item has been used.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can sort it quickly.
Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

WHAT ISN'T COVERED
- Change of mind returns on used items or items without original packaging
- Fading from long-term sun exposure or leaving the hammock outside permanently
- Damage from exceeding the 150kg weight rating
- Damage from incorrect setup, sharp objects, fire or misuse
- Normal wear and tear

REFUNDS
Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a further 3 to 10 business days to appear in your account.

SALE ITEMS
Sale and discounted items are covered by the same 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee as full-price items. Refunds are for the amount you paid.
