How fast do you reply?

Usually within one business day. Dangl is a small Australian operation, so a real person reads every message rather than a ticket queue.

Where is my order?

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days and you get tracking as soon as it leaves us. If it has been longer than that, send us your order number and we will chase it.

I want to return or swap a colour

No problem. Returns are accepted within 30 days if the hammock is unused and in its original packaging. If you simply picked the wrong colour, message us and we will arrange a swap.

Something arrived damaged

Send us a photo along with your order number and we will sort a replacement. You will not be asked to post the damaged one back before we act.

Do you ship outside Australia?

We are set up for Australian delivery. If you are overseas and want one, message us and we will tell you honestly whether the freight makes sense.

Hang it, lie in it, take it away for a weekend. If it is not for you, send it back within 30 days unused and in its packaging and we will refund you. Wrong colour? Say the word and we will swap it. A real person reads every email.
